A 6-week no-gi jiu jitsu program for complete beginners, twice a week. Small group of 10–12, coached by a BJJ black belt. You'll learn to stand, pass, pin, escape and submit by playing games, not memorising moves.
Pay RM200 to lock your spot. The program starts as soon as 10 spots are paid, and everyone begins together on day one, so nobody walks into a room of people who already know what they're doing. Change your mind before we start? Ask and we'll refund you in full.
This isn't a regular class where you get thrown in with the advanced group. Every person in the cohort starts at zero, and every session builds on the last.
You've watched UFC or seen BJJ online and want to know what it feels like.
Leave the office, train at 6. Something that works your brain as hard as your body.
Twice a week, 6pm, done before dinner. Bring your friends and start together.
Worried you won't know what to do? Nobody does on day one. Every round has simple rules, and you're told exactly what to try.
You don't need to get in shape first. Training is how you get in shape.
No memorising moves. We coach with the constraints-led approach (CLA): you play short games with simple rules. Each week has a main focus, but every class mixes in the others, so you meet each skill again and again, a little harder each time.
Games on the feet. Keep your balance, win the grips and get to the ground safely. You learn to fall before anyone tries to take you down.
One player tries to get past the legs, the other tries to stop them. The rules start tight and open up as you both figure it out.
Start on top and stay there. The game rewards control, so you learn to hold someone with position and pressure, not strength.
Flip the game. Start pinned and find your way out. You discover the bridge, the shrimp and getting your guard back by needing them.
Games where the tap is the goal. Chokes and arm locks from the positions you've already played, and learning to tap early and safely.
The rules come off one by one. Standing, passing, pinning, escaping and submitting connect in open games with your cohort.

Real reviews from Google, word for word.
Really great gym — clean and well-equipped — to learn combat sports like boxing, BJJ, and Muay Thai.Thomas Low · Google review
The BJJ coach, Andrew, is very knowledgeable and patient, and he makes it easy to learn even if you’re starting from zero as a beginner. The Muay Thai classes can be challenging sometimes, but they’re also fun and enjoyable. Coach Han is experienced and teaches a lot of different combinations.
Most importantly, everyone here is respectful and supportive. Overall, a very good gym and definitely a place I would recommend.
